Georgina Hourigan

 

Georgina is a personal trainer who has been in the industry for 5+ years.  

Her goal is to have a positive impact on the lives of her clients buy helping them increase their self-confidence and achieve life-changing results!  This goes beyond physiological change but also helping clients improve performance, mindset, motivation and lifestyle. 

Georgina is very passionate about the human body and has built great knowledge for it from training diverse clients and her studies over the years. 

She has completed her cert 3 & 4 in fitness and studied Exercise sport science through Deakin University. 

She has furthered her knowledge with more courses including, applied health and human performance through the Institute of Motion.  

With these tools she can help you move well so that you can move more!

Georgina loves all things fitness. You can find her in the gym lifting weights, running the streets of Richmond with her dog Willie or having a hit of tennis on the weekends.  

She also holds her First aid, CPR and working with children check.
